I have attempted to purchase DDO points and received error message saying "We are sorry, we were unable to successfully process this transaction, please try again later."

When I try to purchase store item, it was working and then began giving me similar message.

Is anyone else having difficulty making purchases from the DDO store?

I tried purchasing TP this morning. It worked. When I tried a second time, same error message.

No error code.

I have relogged. I have restarted my client. Attempted to change the payment method.

Is there an error log somewhere? I am not seeing an error code.

If you're trying to change the payment method then use myaccount.turbine.com. It will respond with an error message and it sounds like you're seeing ??003 (?? because I can't remember the first two numbers).

This error means that Turbine cannot verify your address that is attached to your card. Calling Turbine can resolve this issue quickly.

I called customer service and they indicated there is a daily threshold on purchasing turbine points. This is to prevent fraud.

It appears there is also an ingame cap limit on how you can spend your TP.

I spoke to customer service. They said there is a dollar limit of 100 to 150 dollars per day when purchasing TP points.

And there is an acutal spending limit of TP points in the DDO store of about 20k TP per day.

He couldn't quote the decay rate when I could start spending TP points. But he said it should reset within 24 hours. I will wait until Sunday to start spending my TP points.

I wish they would publish the exact numbers instead of having the customers wonder.
