hmm well for now most of people just solo, and i think there is something wrong with that idea. my suggest is giving a in game bonus. for example

when you are in a team consist of three player or more, you gain a +1 loot level to all the chest in the dungeon.
and for a full team you get +2 to loot level.. (just make sure it stack with other loot bonus)

In my opinion the best way to encourage team play would be reworking dungeon scaling. Right now some quests, like Sins of Attrition or Weapons Shipment, are far easier to solo than to run with a full group.

personally i don't believe that would change anything.. it will only force people to building more "solo friendly" character.. there are already several build that can solo raid.. i saw on forum about someone solo vod alone.. in my believe the only way to reduce amount of solo is to give more reward for team play.

Yes it is easier to solo VOD alone than with someone.


On topic, /signed and /agree that quests should promote team play.

If you group regularly, then the +1/+2 loot bonus will not be felt. Not only that, it can be exploited - join a full party and farm an early chest for +2 loot over and over without completion.

Maybe have a bonus chest at the end of the quest - this will not only encourage people to group but also actually work as a team to ensure quest completion.
