View Full Version : DDO store will not allow purchaces

Cannot purchase items within DDO store. I have pelanty of points, but keep getting the message "There was an error processing your request. Please try again." It has been going on for the last two days.

I have points in my account.
I am on the Sarlona server.
I am a VIP membership.

This has been happinging for the last few days, and I do not want to mis out on the promotions this month.

Check if anything shows up in the history of transactions in your store screen.
Afaik when a purchase is aborted in that way it automatically shows as refunded.

Having a reference in the log would help if you open a ticket with account support.
Make sure the ticket is with account support and not any other, including store bug tickets.

Also check if the purchased item has not shown up on inventory.
(apparently iItems can even show up on a different character)
You may want to try again with a fresh client and no toon switches.

As this is an account specific issue, I am not able to help with this. However, as donfilibuster said, if you put in a ticket with the Account Management team, they will be happy to help you :D

For what it's worth, if you are a VIP and trying to buy free-to-VIPs content, you are out of luck. The DDO Store will not allow these transactions.
