It is no longer possible to craft an item with a minimum level above 20.

does this mean those items already crafted will no longer be useable? and what about Rune arms with already high min-lvl? will we no longer be able to put decent effects on them?

On Epic difficulty, Velah has made some lifestyle changes:
She now has fewer hitpoints
She's also prepared new tricks for those brave enough to visit her in the extra-planar vault.


anybody figured out what these "new tricks" are yet?

Hopefully they just mean that items of potential 11 and higher will not produce ML 21 and higher, and properly cap at level 20.

Otherwise, if they're really blocking potential 11 and higher, it would be a completely idiotic change. Cannith Crafting is already marginal. And what would be the point of the ML 19 Toven's Hammer having craftable +5 on it? Can't even put a single +1 on it in that case.

Ehrm btw the Subterrane and related raids fall under the vale of twilight pack, not the devils of shavarath ones.

ok, first question has been answered:

there was a bug causing crafted items to have a greater min-lvl than 20.

it has been fixed, and that is what the Notes are reffering to
