Do you really need this:
rogue dex
bard cha II
master's touch
mental toughness

Without trap skills, the rogue levels are half-wasted. One less con, 2 less cha, 4 extra int; get rid of hide/move silently and you can have them.

why not neutral?

you get haste pretty late, I'd want it sooner.

I have a capped 16/2/2 bard like this and I love it. Everyone I play with also loves it.

But, groups you join will expect you, with 2 levels of rogue, to be able to trapmonkey for them. And you can, pretty easily, especially with dwarf bonuses.

Drop hide/move silently. They are handy for the old sneak-fascinate method, but with your amount of HP, plus stoneskin, plus blur/displacement, you can just run into the fray and hit fascinate then. You'll take a few hits, but should be fine.

Drop concentration. Not everyone will agree with this, but meh. You are not a caster. Your DCs will be suckage. You will not land sleep or hypno, ever, because your CHA is so low. The only thing you will ever cast in combat will be heal spells and again, with good STR and blur/displacement, you will be fine. If you want to be a healer, this isn't the bard build. Your blue bar is for GH, Blur, FOM, Poison, Invis, Focusing Chant, etc. Self and group buffs, not combat casting.

Drop CON to 14. I go toe to toe with Harry and Suulo with that (plus FireShield, yay, and greater false life and +6 con items. I can get to 450 standing HP, which is more than enough for an evasion toon at end game.

Raise INT so you get more skill points and a better Search/Disable score. I started with 12 INT and do traps on Epic runs. Not on a dwarf.

Raise CHA if you can. If not, no worries, but you will occasionaly run out of mana on long runs if you need to do a lot of healing and/or Otto's Irresistable-ing. Shrug and carry the archivist necklace for cheap refills until you get something better, like the Red Fens necklace drop. Also, carry a Wizardy/Power/Magi item in your one hand everytime you shire, recall, etc. and use it to buff at the start of a quest. The switch to your DAxes. And a 3 minute ardor clickie in your other hand is useful too.

Rogue level 1 for the skill points.
Fighter level 2 for the martial weps, which will open up DAxes for you.
Bard levels until you have warchanter 1.
Rogue level next, for evasion and to catch up on trap skills.
Bard levels until you have warchanter 2.
Fighter level next.
Bard rest of the way.

Neutral vs good is a matter of min/maxing. I like good so that you can use Pure Good weapons earlier, which are particuarly helpful versus all the undead you fight in the early levels. At end game, neutral is superior and you can UMD everything you need.

Inventory can be challenging with spell components, scrolls, wands, pots, etc. because you want the full gear set of a typical fighter but need the extra slots of a caster, plus all the UMD items. Get the extra bags ASAP.

Also, get a Divine Power clickie ASAP, which will help you keep up with fighter/barb DPS.

My 2 cents.

Personally I'd push back fighter levels to somewhere around lv14-15 or lv15-16 then 2nd rogue level to compensate skill point.
I know it'll delay TWF feat, but carnifex own pretty much everything till you get pair of MIN2 DA or something like that. You have master's touch for a reason :D

Also I'd go extend over mental toughness, as you can hit somewhere 900-1000 SP depending your gear setup.
It's more than enough for you to keep the group hasted and occasional displacement.
One and half minute haste&displacement runs out very quickly and annoying to recast, but it's just me.

Multiclassing on spellsinger isn't good idea IMHO. Low caster lv, low sp, all hurts on spell singer.
While this "mutant" doesn't necessary means gimped and should works fairly well, going warchanter is much more beneficial.
