Hit points. You do not have enough.

If you want a decent wisdom-based build, try to look up Rockan Robin (or something to that effect) by Anthios888 (or something to that effect). High base strength, fire stance, half-orc strength enhancements. But level-ups into wisdom for ki abilities (namely stunning).

Agreed with poster 2. You've put too many points in WIS, it seems. It's good to have that for stuns and the like, yes. But Monks get fewer HP per level. You'd likely have a very hard time surviving in the Shroud with less than 350 HP. STR and DEX, no matter what the build, should be only a few points difference. STR is always needed to determine your hit damage. DEX helps you to hit in the first place and aids in AC.

Your fortitude save is frighteningly low.

As others will note, a 32-pt build will help here if you can get it. In addtion to more CON, use Toughness (and if possible, Racial Toughness enhancements) to help boost HP. You should have a Greater False Life item to push HP to the 380-400 range.

STR is always needed to determine your hit damage. DEX helps you to hit in the first place and aids in AC.

Str affects both your to-hit and damage. Dex only applies to to-hit if you take weapon finesse and are using a finesse weapon.

Unless you are making a finesse build dex should not be higher than 15 to qualify for TWF. With a +2 dex tome at lvl seven you qualify for ITWF and GTWF. Otherwise start with 16 and eat a +1 tome.

Con should be 14 minimum, 12 on an elf. More is better but don't put so many points into con that you're limiting your other abilities.

In this build i used a Half elf enable to get Cleric half elf dilettante
I see my con is low and i realized that at about level 9
I did not customize the stat points at the beginning though
Just from there on
and i put all my Stat points i get at those levels into Wisdom
I see that i must change Strength and especially Constitution
I do end up getting killed a lot when i battle harry in the Shroud
I got champion point build on this toon
I am a light monk as well
Thanks for helping me
Hopefully it well turn automaticaly add champion points to him when i tr

Even without 32-point builds, a TR gets 34 points, 36 on 2nd TR and any TR after 2nd. Drow are the exception, gaining 30 build points at first TR, and 32 for 2nd and subsequent TRs.
