If an account goes inactive it no longer counts against decay. However, if you remove the inactive accounts they move to recent departures and count against decay. This should be changed. Removing inactive accounts should not count against the guild's decay. This change was put in place to prevent exploiting renown by recruiting a lot of accounts then booting them. It shouldn't punish a guild for removing accounts from the roster of people who no longer actively play the game.
