How about letting me buy from the Store something that will unbind an item which was bound at the Stone of Change using Fragments (which would also automatically remove any alchemical ritual also)

Cost based on the number of fragments used to bind the item.

So what's the meaning of binding it?

Well I would assume it's a none-capped lvl item that's being used on a toon eg lvl 10, then that toon advances to 12 and starts using GS gear and the lvl 10 item that was bound to avoid perma-damage no longer wants to live on that toon so you unbind it and attach and/or bind it to another toon to prevent further perma-damage.

Simple....

And a very lucrative DDO sale item for Turbine if they can have people buying TP's to do that repeatedly...

Usually an item used during level up can't take so much damage if often repaired. If it's not repaired, well, blame who did not repaired it.

But, ok, unbinding could reach the game, but in the store, not with in game items. This way people can think if that +3 str ring ML 9 is so useful to be bound or can be something better in 1-2 levels..
