Im kinda new in monk play have one for 4 months (2 months capped).
Here are my 2 vision of light monks - 2 GM stance (fire and earth) + void 4 for trash...
Since i saw a lot of build propsions and i do think that you need 14 in wisdom + 2 tome, coase void IV is awsome.

BTW enhancments might seem bit odd but that is max i could do so i dont leftout void IV, GM fire and GM earth :)

No replay, im disappointed...
Is GM erath worth it - for human you could have +1 str/-1con and put 4 AP in human con and for HO i bet you can thought of somewhere to spend APs :)

both are pretty weak low hit points low attack dc's wisdom is weak for a light monk that relies on wisdom for almost every strike attack. choices are very vanilla their are much better choices for enhansments and some feats.

If your going to do an earth stance treat it like a barb. i did this for a life and ended at 20 with over 700hp raged good dps and it was fun. it was a flavor build it wasen't optimal but i had alot of fun with it like a ****ed off barb with a runt complex. i was fast and mean but with low wisdom i took more damage and relied on strength dmg rather than strike combos this would fit a horc well max strength 15 dex and 16 con the rest should go wis if you have any left.

I'ts a fun earth build if you have madstone boots and a rage clickey youll have a blast but its not your average monk survilabilty goes down and reliance on others goes up

you only need stunning fist taking fist and blow is a waste of a feat. for most builds 1 toughness is enough, and luck of heros is another weak choice monk saves are already nice take something helpfull.
might i suggest weapon focus bludgeoning , dodge and diehard to replace them youll be much better off.

well you now suggest that they have low hps and you wanna to kick out toughness :-/
Luck of heroes is a the best feat imo for shintao prerequest.
And for part about fist/blow i have 16 15 16 8 12 8 builded u6 mnk wich have simlar enhancment distributin (but i cant get voidIV due to my wisdom) have dc 37 blow 36 fist in epic and they land fine :) btw hp 490 - no gfl, and for wisdom 12 is ok 14 is for void strike tested on lvl 20 char
As for madstones on light monk i dont think so, no finisher = lower self suficient
Erth is here for tanking ToD + strikes/ finisher and if you remove GM erth you have 4 extra AP for something else...

May have just been an oversight but you listed the human build as Lawful Neutral, and capped UMD of the build is 11. So until you get your ToD ring at 18 and craft holyburst onto it, you're going to have a really hard time breaking boss dr in most everything.

Holy wraps any... I puted LN coase you have enough to put umd high enough. You can go LG it is not big deal, some people like to have LN... HO was LG coase he dont have place (without loss of dps) for UMD - would have to put points in INT. Btw you bypass all dr with tod set (shintao ofc)... For umd 11 +3 skill bosst +4 GH + 1 luck so youll need to chug eagle pot or have bigtop/cartuche to get to 20

+ any holy wraps = boss beater
and ya i couldn get pass boss DR with my monk till i crafted ToD ring (i used holy burst wraps) - way before u7

Handwraps have a UMD check?? When did they implement that? I'm only aware of 1 pair that did as of yesterday.....

Devout are ML 8 from the Shadow Crypts
Met of PG start at ML 12, iirc

Both will bypass DR on most raid bosses.

if you are lucky to obtain them on lvl framing or have buddy soc to run with you :)

As for UMD check only one that i can recall that have are from delara devotion

Human build looks OK to me, I’m lazy and didn’t look at the half-orc. Your design is really similar to my Halfling monk. (link in sig)

Your stuns will land fine so long as you find nice +10 stunning wraps.

HP will be OK once gear is acquired.

Void IV does indeed kick butt.

Pure Good has a UMD check of 20 not the handwrap.

and Holy prefix having no UMD totally slipped my mind, that's what I get for sneaking peeks at the forum at work.
