So as a VIP because I signed up on the first of the month to keep all my bills in order I get ROOKED out of the extra 500 points for the month of JUNE. That's ridiculous! Why the 11th? So you could purposely **** off every VIP who maintains a monthly planner, people who prefer to clear their overhead at the begining of the month? What a kick in the teeth, I can't believe the company would do that. I am outraged, and I hope everyone else who pays on the first of the month is with me. GIVE US OUR POINTS!

Calm down, you're not losing anything. The bonus points run from June 11 through August 10.

Look at these two following scenarios:
If you had subscribed June 11, you would get 1000 points then, and then again when your resubscribe date hits on July 11. That's 2000 points total.

Instead, you subscribed on June 01. You will get 1000 points when your resub date hits on July 01, and August 01. You get the same amount of bonus points.

Try looking at a calendar before you freak out and scream. It's not a very good way to introduce yourself as your first post on the forums, either.

I see, I didn't see the cut off for the last month was different, I thought there was a maximum of 1500 extra points. I did act a bit hasty. Because I'm used to being hosed by this company. I've been a member for awhile I just usually have enough common sense to avoid ranting on the forums.

Hooray for the sense of entitlement !

Not receiving a gift is not being kicked in the teeth. No one is "owed" those extra points.

His OP was hasty and made without checking his information, but after calming down he came back and apologized. (Which I gave him rep for having the responsibility to do.)

And considering he has a green bar back, I'd figure others have too.

Moreover, his join date is March of this year, and not once in his post did he ever "self proclaim" to be a "vet." So that makes your response hasty and made without checking your information...

Does anyone have any idea how things work for those people who signed up for the 6 month sub discount?

Now mind you this was a deal from about 3 years ago ... not sure if many people took advantage ... I might be one of the few peeps who still live under this billing plan.

In any case, I am not sure how the TP works for these accounts... I do know that I have NEVER received my monthly 500 pt allocation.

Is anyone else out there on this billing plan?

I'm not necessarily a "vet". I've only been on these forums a short while longer than you.
But I can and will give you negative reputation for being insulting and inflammatory on the forums.

I'm also +rep'ing the OP for his apology. He saw that his original post was hasty and mistaken, and came back to make amends. That's pretty cool of him.

the last information is: the day after subscribing. well i subscribed yesterday and don't have any :)
or is it the next business day after subscribing?

Yes, you should receive them wen you subscribe. This of curse is not a perfect system, and errors do occur. I myself re-subbed a few months ago, and did not getmy ViP points right away. I instead sent in a report and they researched the issue. I then received my points about 10 days later.

Thal, give it another day or 2, and if you don't get them, send in a ticket to the customer service center.

you should get your points monthly around the date you would reup if you were going monthly example my date is 28th every 6 months I should get my points around the 28th every month sometimes it is a few days after this last time it was 4 days late or the 2nd. I have never not gotten my points.
