Looking for a guild for my new main character, as the title says.

I'm looking for a guild that mostly has players with the same style as me:
1: Fast quest completions. I tend to just get things over with, as I've seen the quests all a million times already (I've ground my main character to over 3,000 favor, and have seen all of the content in the game already).
2: Raiding. I'll mostly be raiding when I get this character capped, and want to get my ToD rings without months of grief-filled pug's that fall apart on the Shadowmaster.
3: Inventiveness. I enjoy new tactics, builds, and styles, as these are the things that breathe life and enjoyment back into the game.

The character in question is named Erytheia, and is this build (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?p=2840578). My pure monk is staying put in Law of One, out of respect for the friendly folks there.
Erytheia is an evasion two-weapon fighting DPS, who is very self sufficient and has a large amount of healing amplification, as well as the ability to handle traps and locks.

Currently only level 10, but will probably be capping within a couple weeks.

The guilds I have raided with the most are probably Alpha and Pestilence. I'd love to hear from them, or from any others. Thanks in advance.

Also to add in, I'm in EDT (East Coast U.S.), so am active in the evening in that time zone. The guild that my monk is a part of has few members in the same time zone as me, so I've hardly seen them online, which is why I'm seeking a new guild for this next character.
