Hello all,

I am a new cleric and would like to boost my healing spells,
Does benevolence boost the healing spells like devotion?
Else what are the spells it boost?

Thank you for you help,

benevolence does not boost your healing spells.

it does work on all "good"-aligned spells that do good/holy damage like searing light or holy smite

potency adds to all spells but has a higher level requirement for the same effect.

You want to look at Devotion, Potency or Ador items to boost your healing potential.

So Benevolence is next to useless. OP get get yourself a potency item to effect heals and damage spells and call it a day. Superior Potency VI is the one to shoot for. That will increase the damage (or heals) of lvl 6 spells and lower by 50% so its essentially having a free empower spell running all the time.

Thank you all,

My misunderstanding made me buy one of those useless Bevelovence item. :-(
Now, i am aware of spell boost complexity in DDO.

Thank you,
