highly doubtful.

But we never know. I mean they sell +2 tomes from time to time and those ARE raid loot as well.

But I suspect unless it has the random chance of dropping from a non raid chest, it will never be sold from the store.

Never is a long time.

I wouldn't be surprised to see +3 tomes for sale once a year, corresponding with the DDO launch date anniversary.

Any commodity that can sell for money in the store will be available at one time or other. These aren't specific named items, so I would say yes eventually.

You've got +1 ALL = 1495TP, +2 ALL = 2495TP, then say +3 ALL = 3495TP? You think Turbine are going to give the opportunity to make ~$40 per tome?

While +2 tomes CAN be raid loot they can also drop from 6 man dungeons and quest rewards and, most importantly, are not character bound so can be bought by anyone (with enough money) on the AH. Plus 3 tomes are much more exclusive and difficult to get so I think it is highly unlikely that they would consider offering them in the DDO store.

Well you can get +4 from Jester, so that can be non-raid loot.
