I finally unlocked drow with mine rogue, is it possible for drow to became a good warchanter? It will be awesome if You link some basic build or tips :) I was thinking about the virtuoso, but i heard its the worst of bards paths, it is true?

Virtuoso is currently the least attractive path but this might change when tiers II and III are added.

You can be a good warchanter. You have basically two options: either be mostly support with heals, good Cha for decent offensive casting, staying pure, and limited melee (or range) abilities, or focusing on your melee DPS (either twf or thf) giving up Cha and offensive, possibly splashing another class for feats/proficiencies (note that in this case Drow is usually inferior to human due to the Con penalty and the -1 feat). Can also mix rogue for trap skills.
So in the end, lots of different ways to build warchanters. Search the bard forums if you want to get some builds.

I found something like that. Its human but humans are fine too. I think i should switch two handed fighting with two weapons fighting , improved criticals and weapon focus to piercing and mental toughness to extend spell or oversized two weapons fighting, is this a good idea? Are based stats located good?

It's a good idea if you want a TWF character. You'll need to either get a +1 dex tome or waste a stat increase in Dex for ITWF/GTWF.
Starting stats look fine but keep in mind you'll need a Cha item to cast spells, due to the very low Cha, and your offensive (DC-based) spells will be useless.

So should i drop some strenght and raise charisma? And it is hard to get a +1 tome?

No, low Cha is fine, just be aware of the implications.
For a new player it may be a while before you can afford a +1 tome on the AH (check prices by yourself), or eventually loot one. So unless you buy one in the store, yes it's hard on a first character.

To cast a level X spell you need charisma (10 + X). So you just need to keep a Charisma and you'll be fine (bards spells don't go over L6).
