I would get Power Attack before Weapon Focus.
Be aware that by going Str-based with no combat expertise you won't really be able to achieve a meaningful AC at high level, making the monk level somewhat less interesting.

If you put 2 points into Int, do it at build time, not later on.
That being said, I'm not sure it's worth it. Depends on what you want for the build, but it's hard to get a good AC at high level with this kind of build without being dex-based. I haven't done the maths for this specific build though, so it's my "feeling" by looking at it.
And it's ok not to have a good AC anyways ;) But in that case fighter might be better than monk and you could remove some wis.

Edit: to give you an idea, a typical exploiter build (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=168687) lists a 65 self-buffed AC with Combat Expertise on and pretty much all high end gear you can hope to get by doing a lot of grinding. At L20 this is in the low range of useful AC (worth having, but will still get hit a lot by many monsters).
