Ok, I'm not new to this but I could use a little help here. I've been searching online for a little and can not find the recipes to create any weapons. Could someone tell me some recipes for bows or give me a site to go to.

You can only create green steel weapons at the Altar of Fecundity in Meridia:

The Stone of Change can only be used to bind and upgrade your current weapons:

You won't be creating weapons or gear until you hit levels 14+. Prior to that, you'll be augmenting the treasures you have, using a Stone of Change.

For a bow that you've found, you would perform the Binding/Attuning ritual first. Then you could augment your bow with either the Force Damage or Force Critical rituals.

Presumably, you could also follow-up with one or more Adamantine Rituals, but I don't think I'd get that carried away with adding to the durability and hardness of a bow.
