Character refresh on Lamannia?

As a beta player (but inactive for the last year) returning to the game, I'd like to play my higher level characters on Lamannia to test content without having to level up new characters (again).

Any chance that there will be a character refresh soon to include returning players characters?

Yea I really need/want a character refresh too. I'm a returning VIP player to DDO. No way am I going to level up on Lammania. I just really want to try the Reincarnation features.....:(
