So this is the most planning I've put into a char yet and am looking for some input - Im still far from having a good grasp of this game, and I can already think of a few things I might want to change, but here it is so far:

Things I'm contemplating - Lowering Con for Int so I can max more skills, maybe going Fighter instead of Ranger (though I then have to use the extra feats for TWF)

My goal is good buffing/CC with decent dps and good survivability (in the being hard to hit category)

Note, I dont have access to monks or the 32pt build.

I'd do fighter or rogue, if you're taking such a high dex you absolutely want twf ... work it in either way

rogue gives you evasion and a lot more skill points for no added int cost

dodge/mobility/spring attakc suck if you aren't taking 6 ranger levels .. drop all 3, pick up greater twf at level 18, the toughness feat, and I would honestly drop cha slightly to get enough strength to take power attack. Its a very important feat. if you drop your cha to 16 and take 12 str, you will be able to take power attack later once you have a +1 tome and pretty good gear, which will noticably impact your damage output.

Lastly, as a melee specced bard, consider dropping mental toughness for weapon focus (specifically, put toughness where mt is, and take wf later when you have the bab)

having power attack and weapon focus: any melee weapon lets you become a warchanter, which is far more in line with your abilities
than any of the other bard lines. You are a twf melee bard, and you will get substantial benefit from the warchanter prestige line

I hate to be anegative nancy, but there is no way you will have a useful endgame dps on a bard build that doesnt sacrifice everything for it (and maybe not even then)

'hard to be hit' is called 'I have extended displacement', you won't get an ac

focus on either your casting or dps more, armor class is not a viable bard alternative
