What is going on with the store emails? I keep getting emails about stuff I bought weeks ago. I have also gotten emails on a couple of items I have NEVER bought. My points do not appear to be changing when the emails arrive... but to be honest I have not been tracking them on paper out of the game.

Also, there is no place to comment, complain, or dispute something like that on either the email or on My Account page.

A couple of times I log in and play for a while and do not even open the store. Then when I log out of the game I have an email about something I bought?

This needs improvement.

better make certain you are the only one using the account, and your CC is tied only to that account.

I like the idea of that and certainly see why Turbine includes it. But I think you should be able to opt out of emails in your account area (after signing a release of liability waiver of some sort). I agree they do get a bit annoying.
