How to download skins?

How do I install a skin, I have it downloaded from lotrointerface.com now.

had the same problem and really got frustrated... but some one helped me out at the end :D

so here it goes:

http://www.lotrointerface.com/index.php?p=ddo_ui_skinning_1 this place tryes to explain it but has been somewhat mixed up. what it tells you is you have to put the files in a place that is default like this.
C:\Documents and Settings\<user account>\My Documents\Dungeons and Dragons Online\ui\skins\<name of ui>\<files>
