I've been looking for a similar build, but have yet to find one, so I'm posting this kinda rough draft of my build idea for comments/suggestions.

The Wreckoner is built for high burst dps against evil outsiders with the ability to tank with DR (DoD) when needed.
It's a WF twf dual-khopesh KotC pure pally... but the kicker...
He's got a 20 base charisma for DM IV.

Str: 28 (16 base + 3 levels + 3 tome + 6 item)
Dex: 22 (15 base + 2 tome + 5 item)
Con: 22 (12 base + 2 tome + 6 item + 2 enhancements)
Int: 10 (8 base + 2 tome)
Wis: 16 (8 base + 2 tome + 6 item)
Cha: 26 (14 base + 2 levels + 4 tome + 6 item)

Skills: max UMD, points from the tome can go to jump or balance

Feats:
1: Addy Plating/Khopesh (switch the body feat for khopesh a few levels down the line)
3: TWF
6: ITWF
9: Imp Crit Slash
12: GTWF
15: Power Attack
18: Toughness

Enhancements:
Resistance of Good III
Courage of Good II (KotC pre-req)
Paladin Energy II (KotC pre-req)
Extra Smite III
Exalted Smite IV
Divine Sacrifice IV
Divine Might IV
Extra LoH III
KotC III
Paladin Weapons of Good (capstone)
Follower of the Lord of Blades
Bladesworn Transformation
Paladin Toughness II
WF Toughness II
WF Con II
WF Healer's Friend I

Think that's all the important stuff, but here's the character planner version in case I missed somethin:

Yes, I know it looks crazy. A pally without an AC aura, a wf with 12 starting con and 20 base charisma, a dps focused build putting 2 level ups into charisma...
So... Any comments? Suggestions? Labotomies?

haven't been to forums but was reading this. I ran across well.. I posted a build a number of months ago, I think what I learned from it might help you. Dwarf is the end all be all of any melee that is purely interested in dps. their stat points plus excessive feats not to mention their con, spell saves and dwarven axes. They get +2 to rolls witha dwarf axe just from an enhancement feat... yes drow get rapier bonus so what rapier 1d8 dwarf going to out dps drow with fighter feats plus enhancements... so that 2d8 +5 twf is going to out perform. plus there is no feat they get given it. they get the con and as to why not wf. My wf i have leviks and healers friend so basically no penalty. even so dwarf would be better for your build. greensteel dwarvens twf is nuts. I would make a dwarf, Reasons: excessive defensive and offensive feats granted for being a dwarf. Secound they get spell save enhancement , halflings get saves but you have to pick which you want not just one that covers everything. their stats are superior and so are their enhancements dwarf con dwarf axe attack rolls dwarf... well i think you get the point.
my most recent build is halfling because i like halflings. dwarfs best choice if you don't care about looking like a fat midget.

A warforged with no power attack feat?? for shame! warforged power attack gives +4 to damage....granted you lose a little to-hit, but you are a paladin with full BAB anyway....

wf power attack > dwarven axe enhancements

wf power attack > dwarven axe enhancements

That's one reason I went wf... The possibility of adding wf PA enhancements. I didn't include them in the build because I wanted to see how it performs in end-game (there's still rumors floating around about mob AC changing thanks to grazing hits) before taking those enhancements, but there is enough "fat" that can be trimmed enhancement-wise to fit them in.

The other reasons for wf are:
1) immunities synergize well with pally immunities
2) Docent of Defiance for DR
3) Arcane healing

I have a dwarf ranger, I know how well they perform. My first pally build was a S&B intimi-tank wf, and I decided the only pally I'd build from then on would be wf... And that was before VoD came out.

PS: I think it's +3 not +4...

My mistake. It's +3, and it's still better than +2 :)

wf power attack eats DW fer breakfast.
