Hi,
My other account is suspended for non payment and i have re updated my payment info and it accepts the information but it wont get out of Suspended status. What is the deal with this?

For account specific assistance, please contact the Account Management department. They will be happy to review the account and explain the status, as well as help you reinstate. Contact links and info are in my signature.

I would be glad to but unfortunatly I am asleep during the 4 hours a day they are open. This is a issue i would like to have resolved asap. thanks

I am sorry, but this isn't something we can assist with on the forums. You can also send an email to them. I've added a direct link to the form to email Account Management to my signature. To expedite the inquiry, be sure to include your billing address when you submit the form, even though the form doesn't ask for it. ;)
