How do I change my SIG?

Not sure where to post this now, but I can't seem to change my sig anymore.

Nothing wrong with it, but I'd like to put information about my other characters now.

I am totally diggin the ui interface and want to expand on it. but seriously i didnt see where to put the xml file that the game reads.
