Love the wallpaper.
Can we work on a lag fix next? Because the wallpaper is static and unmoving - kinda like playing the game lately...

Tolero, on the wallpaper page, I would suggest that you make thumbnail versions of the images, then click for the full thing. When I went there I was wondering why it took so long to load the page (with a good internet connection).

Also is that ENTIRE copyright block of text necessary? I'd be fine with a little copyright for Turbine, Atari, and Hasbro, but that block of text REALLY detracts from the look of the wallpaper.

Only seeing 2 sizes.

Unless you're counting the thumbnail as a size?

The thumbnail links to the primary size, which is the 1920x1200

I went to the Art of Shavarath preview thread - clicked on the artwork until it was full sized - saved it sans legalize and corporate mumbojumbo - and used that as my wallpaper.

Looks sweet too. :)

Those aren't thumbnails. They are the image itself resized within the browser.
Here is what it looks like in Firebug. Some of them get up to 2MB. All told, that is a lot of memory/bandwidth to chew up. The early ones have real thumbnails. Consider revising the later ones.

That wallpaper page is getting re-done, it's getting kind of long right now even if it were all thumbnails =/ *scroll scroll scroll scroll scroll scroll scroll* I'd like to break them into categories.

Oooh, that would be nice.

You could also use more horizontal space and do a click to preview (light-box) thing too.

1920x1200 with a double width start bar solves that too.

Still, why are we going BACKWARDS from Screenshots (from Kate) to CONCEPT art which PREDATES actual graphics rendering?

Would a video clip of the plane of Battle linked be feasable please?
