The account was suspended and I'm not getting paid, that an error occurred.
I am from Brazil and would like to know how to proceed on the payment.

Actually she wins 31 January as this below:

Next Billing Plan *: U.S. $ 14.99 Monthly
* Takes effect on your Next Billing Date
I wonder what to do about it.

It sounds like your payment may have been declined, and you may need to update your credit card information. If you have any trouble with that, the Accounts department can help.
