When I try to update my credit card information I keep receiving

The transaction cannot be processed at this time. If you believe this is an error, please click here (http://support.turbine.com/) to contact Turbine Customer Service. [err: 140000]

All my cards receive this error, and if I have no way of updating my credit card information, I will have to cancel my subscription. I would like to continue but I can't if I have no way of updating my billing information.

This error is related to the IP address that you are entering the information from. If it isn't identifiable as located near the billing address, the system won't let you update for security reasons. You can call the Account Management department, and they should be able to update the account for you. Keep in mind they are very busy lately and may have long hold times. Contact options are in my signature.

You can also use GTC for play time. If you can't find them available in local stores, you can purchase them from our authorized retailer PayByCash. You can find their website here:

I spent 1.5 hours on hold and then the service hours ended. I never got to speak with customer service to update my billing information. Was the (781)401-4020 Phone Support number toll free? I will try one more time for phone support and one more time to update my billing information or I will have to cancel my membership by default since I have no way of updating my billing info. My IP Address is the exact location as my billing address, so I don't think I should be receving [err: 140000].

It may just be that the system can't identify it, not that it isn't near it. If you were on hold waiting for service, even if the hours had ended they would have taken your call if you held on. Try calling again today and I'm sure they will be happy to assist. Unfortunately, the phone number isn't toll free.

i called this number several times and all i get is a recording no real customer service, and i have the same problem, i bought an ultimate game card and i cant type in my product key can someone help me or send me a private message on how to fix this thx

The phone number listed in my signature is still working. We did receive calls all day yesterday, and are receiving calls today. Please be sure you're calling during open hours (like now).

In the future, please do not post on old threads, especially ones that are not related to your issue. Please open a new thread.
