Game Tip of the Week

At low levels, it's generally a better idea to not bind your weapons with the stone of change. You'll be spending resources on an item that you'll likely find a replacement for soon anyway.

Having trouble with your resident Eldritch Device? Cambo (http://forums.ddo.com/member.php?u=23858) has a helpful guide for you! Visit the Eldritch Rituals Cookbook (http://compendium.ddo.com/wiki/Eldritch_Rituals_Cookbook), now available in the Compendium. You can even leave comments for Cambo right in the discussion tab of the guide! Crafting with the Eldritch Devices is easy when you have a great cookbook at your side.

We have received a postcard from the Haverdasher, who has been on vacation in the Lhazaar Principalities. He is due back soon, and expects his basement will need some cleaning upon his return.

Quijy's been in business for a LONG time

Yup, Quijy's been around for a long time, so we felt it was about time to give a spotlight for it ^^ just because something has been around for a long time doesn't mean everyone knows about it. Take borders around items indicating rarity for example :D

What!?

No, seriously-- how's this work?

Nope not necessarily. Thread of the Week is more about "here's something we wanted to spotlight this week" rather than "this was posted in the last week", so from time to time you'll see some "classics" appear.

What!?

No, seriously-- how's this work?

It was mentioned recently in the Economy Article:

Pay attention to the borders around the items you inspect. The better the border, the better the item. An item that has a low money value, but a gold or platinum border, is a special or rare item!

This is a most excellent Stormreach Chronicles.

Awesome guild spotlight you have there too Tolero.

Order of the Silver Dragons (http://silverdragons-lair.net), huh? On Argonnessen, huh?

Might need to check those guys out...they sound fantastic!

No new in-development tidbits to semi-brighten the cloudy horizon of DDO development news?

BTW... all 9 of my character slots are beyond the harbor... hopefully the snow will fall beyond just the renovated area for 7.1.

Thanks for the honorable mention.

Although...I still want my forum title to be "Tasty Ham King(or God)" and to have this as my avatar: http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y132/Stalker7d7/tastyhamcrowned.jpg :D

Congrats Keeper!

Thats really the only note-worthy news in the whole of this post - and it was included as Ninja News. Which, by the way, is a phenomenon I am rapidly getting sick of*. If the Devs have something to say - just say it already.

* Okay that's a lie. I was sick of it the first time I saw it; and every time since then I've had to resort to sifting through Dev sigs to find the only worthwhile news on these forums, it just makes me ill.

That is pretty all bard builds sadly. There has not been that many good new bard builds in several months. Anyway I actually think this is better then last week's builds because these are pretty strong builds that people would currently make in game. The 6 ranger 10 monk is in particular a pretty hot build right now..

As Tolero has said before, DNN is supposed* to be things that have already been covered by the devs on the boards. On the Keeper topic, Tolero specifically said it here (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?&postid=1808225#post1808225) before it showed up in anyone's signature.

If you follow the Dev Tracker, you shouldn't really need to watch their signatures.

*There have been a few examples in the past where this isn't true, but Tolero said she's whipping the ninjas into shape.
