Does this yield +5 reflex save or +5 will save?

The planner @ http://perfectweb.org/ddo/crafting/base_crafting.php says:
Air/Opp/Ethe= +5 Will save

The Infernus Sus downloaded crafting planner and the shroud loot planner @ http://www.iro.umontreal.ca/~delallea/ddo/shroud/index.php say:
Air/Opp/Ethe= +5 Reflex save

Hoping to not mess up on the crafting. The plan is to go, +5 Flex (Air/Opp/Ethe), +15hp +2 Dex skills Haste x3 (Air/Esc/Mat), Sup Heal Lore (Pos/Dom/Ethe) Goggles

Just wondering if someone can confirm one way or the other, thanks.

Also, just curious, its a 16th lvl haste clickie? is that 1.5min? 2min?

The thread that most everyone uses here on the forums says air/opp/ethe gives +5 reflex save so it would be safe to assume it is correct.

If you went Air/Opp/Eth for the +5 Reflex, then Pos/Esc/Mat for tier 2 (+15hp +2 Con skills) and Double Shard (Pos/Air) for tier 3 to get Lightening Guard (chance of 550-600hp to attack on being hit)? I know your haste clickie would be chain lightening then, but that is a big chunk of damage.
