With Mod 7, Bluff's cool-down was changed from 10 seconds, to 6 seconds. Unfortunately, a similar change was not made to Improved Feint. So now it actually takes more time to use multiple Improved Feints than Bluffs, which is really not how the feat is supposed to function. That is to say, Improved Feint should allow one to make a Bluff more often, not less.

So, I have two suggestions.

Improved Feint should reduced down to a 6 second cool-down to match Bluff.

or

Improved Feint should function like the "of Deception" effect.

Anyone have any thoughts? Or different suggestions? Feel free to comment.

I like the second option best but that likely means its a little too powerful (then again it cost two feats).

Either suggestion would be nice.

Making Improved Feint work like "of Deception" sounds like a good return on the 2-feat investment to me. I use Deception weapons a bit on my rogue and I find that the proc is nice, but certainly not overpowering.

feint + deception effect would be nice

btw - does the bluff skill still have that insanely stupid 3sec activation animation? If so fix that too.

Yeah, bluff still does that animation.

Yep, I kinda figure that an "of deception" effect would really make the feat investment worth the effort.
