I have been looking through all past threads and have either missed or have not seen one on a base ranger/paly build.
I am planning on rolling one down the road and any advice given is appreciated.

My idea was a dwarvin twf ranger13/paly 3. I even thought about a splash of rogue (rogue 2/paly 3 and ranger11) for umd and evasion, but being that rangers get evasion at level 9 not sure if I wanted to that.

Unfortuantly I currently have no tomes, so bare that in mind. I am, however searching and will acquire some.

I want a high save and dps character. One question I have in this build is to make him str or dex based. Antoher one would be where I would take my levels.

I thank you in advance for any links, advice or full build planning you might give.

12 Ranger for full Barkskin, 3 Paladin for 2nd Level Auras, 1 free level.

I would put it into Rogue, as this would enable you to become a full trapsmith, if you start with INT 14.
