Ok experts please check my build and if any have the time to do the math figure perhaps what this will be at lvl 16 with no tomes other than the ones listed, planning on a +2 there for 1750 favor in the dex slot, +6 items
+13 on spot,search,disable device, greater false life and a magi item.
Also let me know if there is something I have missed that I will need.

Why all the melee/TWF feats? You don't get extend (which you need for self-buffing, if nothing else) until lvl 6 but you get maximize at lvl 2 when you can prolly already beat any MOBs to the ground w/ weaps. All in all an odd build, with a lot invested in melee. Probably fun at lower levels but gimped at the high end (tho you could spend the shards to re-spec it then, I suppose).

It's too middle of the road, you need to pick a direction. If you want to be a melee combatant/rogue (with just buffs and some no-save dps spells), then you need to build accordingly. If you want to be a caster (with rogue skills and evasion), then you need to build accordingly. You have heighten, but no spell pen (and didn't max your casting stat). You have two-weapon fighting, but nothing to compliment it (improved crit?). More information as to what your goal for this character is would be helpful.
