I have two accounts and for the last atleast 3 perhaps 4 days one of my accounts always the same one, have been getting suspended for non payment, so ok maybe I have time line screwed up so I go ahead n pay again and same thing happens.

The account in question was available again 4/29 at about 2pm est. Since I have been having issues with it I clicked account because both account names where there and I wanted to check status while it was working correctly. At that time my account was good until 5/28... So what gives...

I've been helpin with your car payments for 2 years here, how about a lil luv and straighten this out. :cool:

What are you seeing on your end?

The behavior you are describing is normally caused by failed payments. When you reinstate your account, it sets the billing system to charge you when we run our batch billing. If the billing event fails, your account is again suspended. If this happens enough times in a row, the account will be deactivated and you would have to contact account management directly for a resolution.

If you need an answer for your account details specifically, you would need to contact Account Management directly.

Well congrats because I already did speak with them directly they said; I dunno we don't see anything wrong and don't understand. Maybe just pay again.

Now I just logged on both accounts are available for sign in and I am on both of them as I write this.

I went to my account and the one that has been failing for 4 days on and off now is active and has an expiration date of May 1, the other account which hasn't had an issue now says suspended due to non-payment and also had a May expiration date.

I really appreciate the effort, thanks.

I would recommend contacting your financial institution to discover why the payments are being denied.

I pay with game cards friend and the suspensions just switched.... again, lmao.

If you just want to vent because you LOL "did" all of that already, then vent in general chat.

I'm finding no sympathy for you because Yeti is trying to help you, but you are taking your frustration out on him.

As stated previously, the best we can do is provide general information via the forums. In order to remedy this situation, you would need to speak to Account Management directly.
