I changed both of my accounts over to the special rate. A few days later, I was charged
the new rate for account #1. Two days after that, the old rate was charged on my card

I sent an e-mail using the turbine account help site (after waiting for nearly an hour for the
live chat thing to work). I have not heard back on this issue yet. It appears that you have
overbilled me by the old yearly rate and I want the charge reversed.

Now, the other account is coming up on its' billing date and I don't want the same thing
to happen on this one too.

I do apologize, but we can't handle account specific issues via the forums.

You will need to either wait for a response to email, or you could also try calling.
