View Full Version : Running with the Devils bugged...and can't open a new ticket???

We're trying to finish RWTD and I can't open a ticket to tell a GM that one of the devils at the end bugged, so we can't complete the quest. Any suggestions???

restart..........we waiting 90 min the other day on the exact issue...dm said they could do nothing and we needed to rerun it
or have another party member try to open the ticket...we had 4 that couldnt and 2 that could

Well, I thank you, but that kinda sux that there isn't anything they can do....not that I can report it to let them know there's something wrong....

Every time Ive put a ticket in Ive been helped within 20 minutes.

Its like loot...luck of the roll...

Do you already have open tickets in the help system? You can check this on the Help menu and track your tickets. You may have been at the limit and that is why you could not submit another help request.

Actually, I had no open tickets and neither did my friend that was playing with me at the time, who also was trying to put in a ticket. The problem was, we could fill out the first page of the ticket, but then when we submitted it went to a white screen, and the next page was unavailable every time. I would close the screen and open a new one to track tickets and they never made it to the submit stage. And, the same thing was happening to my friend.

So, you see, I never even got to submit my ticket. I wasn't frustrated about the wait for a DM, I just couldn't submit a ticket.

I've had this happen to - in Running with the Devils too!

Quite frustrating - in the end we recalled out

GMs can fix the quest when it breaks, but that doesn't help much if you can't submit a help request for one.

I'm not sure what would be causing that for you as we are still receiving help requests from players. You could try contacting tech support and see if they have any suggestions to help you connect to the Help Request menu.

Sorry I don't have better (or any) information for you.
