Concept of build is someone who can sprint boost and zerg gathering a lot of mobs, then unleashing nukage. I am not posting the full breakdown. Just wanted some feedback from the build masters. Spells will be a variety of nuke damage.

(Thought of taking a level of Cleric for DV's, full diplomacy, and wand usage, but want Ottos more)

quicken, combat casting, extend, maximize, empower, mobile spellcasting

diplomacy will end at 47, umd at 35

I know it isn't a great sorc, I have those already. Just want a great zerg sorc with some basic spells like ck and ottos.

That's a weird concept :eek:
Don't forget the sprint boost is only 5/day (20s each), so I'm not sure you'll get tons of benefits from it... the constant 10% may not make a big difference without the boost, so in the end I'm not convinced it's worth the loss of some spell slots.

I don't know how it would work in all settings, but I think I know what kind of style you are going for. Way back in the day on here, I grouped with a sorceror who told the party ahead of time what his gameplan was and to give him some slack on it. The party said sure. He'd turn invisible then run ahead and circle around the next mob to get them together and then he'd throw all his fire spells at them. I don't know how well that would work at the current higher levels, but back then it was pretty cool stuff.

I don't think barbarian gets you much. Haste should be enough speed to do what you want in that regard.
