As a vocal objector Atari and their lack of marketing, I would like to say:

Great work doing what you can to get the game back on the map!

You may not have many avenues to take (thanks to Atari) but the review 'circuit' may well drum up new or revived interest from MMO site readers.

Very impressed :)

WOW! I am so impressed, I'm almost breathless!!!

First, Mod 6 is gonna totally rock (level cap increase, crafting, etc.)!!!

Second, you're giving us the ability to patch early, Thank You!!!

Third, there's been so much good press (= marketing), kudos!!!

Fourth, the communication between the Devs and the DDO community has increased exponentially, including, Kate's Dev diary and the new Dev chat feature with Jerry on DDO Cast and now, Quarion's sig that has all the upcoming goodies listed along with their status!

What can I say? I feel like I'm back in beta waiting for launch, lol!!!

Great job, Turbine DDO Team, keep up the great work!!! :D

Great job in garnering press !!!

My personal favorite quote:

By the time players have battled their way throughout module 6’s content they’ll feel like they’re well prepared to face off against any infernal threat. My guides describe Module 6 as Fighting Demons 101, because that’s what it was designed to be. With what’s on the way for Module 8, players will be pleased to have a little training, as Module 8 will take characters to Shavarath itself, and other exotic planes of existence.
Beyond that, the future of DDO can best be described as delivering the rest of the Player’s Handbook, with the addition of the Monk, the Druid, and Half-orcs. Rogues will be getting some love as well, as they’ll gain a few more skills direct from the PHB, like skill mastery and defensive roll. What happens when they run out of PHB content? Levels beyond 20 and epic level content, but that’s all they’ll say.

Key aspects in red. :D

Great job to everyone working on Mod 6 and those of you who have braved the forums with us nut jobs. You have done a truly outstanding job on this release. Enjoy the limelight... you all deserve it.

Up till now, I have watched the MMPORG with some of the greatest potential hit hurdle after hurdle and seemingly fall behind the competition. I was begining to feel that just us hard core DnDers would remain and hoped it would be enough.

But after the recent series of events (reviews boasting the new module, DDO podcasts, improved communication between the Devs and the player community, not to mention all the great improvements coming in Module 6) I feel that new life has been given to DDO.

As with everyone else, a GREAT JOB and KEEP IT UP!

All this praise from so many people, I'm gonna be out of a job.

Thanks, Q and team. I have to agree with the previous posters. I am excited to see Mod 6, and in a way even more excited to see how you are going out of your way to increase communication levels both within and outside the player community. I'm ALOMST tempted to end my vacation early so that I can go home and check it out.

Almost. :)

Don't worry, there are plenty of positions open in the DOOOOOOOM department. :)

Don't worry, there are plenty of positions open in the DOOOOOOOM department. :)

I don't know, most of those positions are subject to a hiring freeze. That is to say, one of the existing DOOOMers has to quit being so negative before another slot opens.

And that, of course, is never going to happen.

Ten Ton Hammer: The Monk will – for sure – be in Module Seven?

Paiz: Yes. It’s definitely going to be in Mod Seven. That counts as a promise! :D

Just one commericial would send DDO subscription soaring....just one. Been a scriber for well over a year.
Would have been here from the beta days ....if I knew DDO existed. I found DDO by accident. Just one commercial!
Think about it Turbine.

Great job guys. :)

Have to say I have been looking forward to playing this with my guildies. It is one thing to play it on Risa, a totally different feeling to playing with friends and guild mates. I do have to say I loved that you guys allowed the pre patching (however I couldn't figure out how to save it to drive D where I have the game installed) and telling us in advance when the game would be down on the forums, as well as an hour early in game. (Warned said guildies about taking down Cinnis in the preraid right before the first warning. We still took him down and I even got tome II!)

Now onwards to getting my identity crisis multi class to 15. Need to get his rouge levels up!

Great work!

The first dragons that players could battle were added with module 4. A trio of young chromatic dragons that looked like they’d jumped straight from the pages of the Monster Manual.

Hmmm, sure seems like they forgot Module 1
