This might be covered elsewhere, but I haven't found it yet.

I have created a new character and am deleting my others in favor of her, so I'd like to send my stuff over and give her a bit of a head start. But I'm getting a message that 'the recipient doesn't exist.' She's in Ghallandra, just like my other characters, and I've checked the spelling several times. I also completely exited the game and returned. Still says she doesn't exist. I know it's possible to do this as I've done it before. Ideas on why I can't now? What else should I do?

Does your toon have a server extention after their name ??

The ~ looking symbol is actually - when typed out I believe.

A New character wouldnt have a ~Server Extension (And The Tilday is indeed a Tlday)

Make sure your putting in just the First name into the Recipient field.

No server extention, and I'm using full name, including caps. In case it makes a difference.

I didn't think about that, so that's probably the problem. I'll try it. Thanks.
