I don't need 2 emails sent to me each time a ticket is responded to and closed. How do I disable this? I don't necessarily want to have to supply a false email address in order to stop these emailings.

There is no way to disable this, not in game at least.

Would it be possible to cut it down to 1 email then? I'm not sure its necessary to send two emails each time a ticket is closed.

Or perhaps change it so that it does not send out emails for harassment or spam tickets since those generally just say 'we don't discuss CS actions with players'?
