Is it at all feasible to offer your dungeon and landscape-creating tools to the DDO community, and run some contests to create new dungeons and adventures?

I submit that DDO is the best MMO ever, in terms of action, excitement and lack of timesinks, and the only major problem is the enormous disparity between the amount of time it takes to create new content vs. the time it takes to explore new content.

It is my belief that engaging the community and letting them use your tools and textures and monsters to create new content would multiply the amount of quality content you could offer with each release 5-10x.

That wouldn't solve the problem, but it would make it a lot more palatable for most of the people who've run up against the content wall.

Is that a possibility at all?

maybe even just running a compeition point for user created dungeons without using the ddo textures etc? a lot of people out there play and dm tabletop, and im sure a lot have good dungeon ideas... submit computer generated versions of these for a prize...

from what ive heard in the dev diaries etc, making quests is quite complicated for this game
