Wrong number of character slots?

We get 7 +1 Drow +1 1750 favour for a total 9 slots?

I have 1750 favor and only 8 characters.

I can not create any more.

Can I get this fixed?

Can an online GM fix the problem?

you may want to try talking to the drow guy (the one who unlocks drow for you) -- is it Nyx?

I had this problem - only 8 slots. I talked to him. Logged all my toons in at least once. And voila, 9th slot appeared.

Just a note: my friend who deleted his 1750 character apparently can't get his 9th slot until he gets the favor again on a new character. Is this the intended behavior?

Testing shows I have to log into my 1750 character before the 'create' button is enabled.

When I first log in the 'create' button is disabled.
