Isit still possible at this point to code morale into the game

An enemy that encounters an AOE or a strong fighter should run until his situation improves.
Mobs would benefit from coding like this in combination with coding that allows them to support each other.........like a shaman sees his guys hurt and cast cure or mass cure.

If he sees his guys taking fire or acid damage.....he should cast a protection

enemy casters should be debuffing our tanks and attacking our spellcasters with range spells.

battles would be more dynamic and the classic wizard battles would return.

Of course this would demand major rebalancing and effort that I dont think is economicly wise at this or any time for that matter.

(just my 2 cents while bored at work....as aside note I would like to say that the reaction to the last change to the game is the worst I have ever seen ..but Im not sure that would be a true statement....it does worry me tho)

Heh, I think they should put a really large Bluff lottery on certain quest NPCs.

For example:

A 1/6 chance when making a succesful high Bluff check on a quest NPC will convince him you completed his quest and he gives you an end reward.


And if you fail you get -10 to all Stats and everything you try on a boss is Immune until your next 3 rest shrines.

It could happen.
