(Plus I made this one quickly without thinking through all the variables or crunching numbers :D )

If you took your second Rogue level later you could spend your skill points more efficiently.
Also not sure why you wouldn't take UMD over something like heal, swim or intimidate. Overall it looks like there are a lot of wasted skill points.

Spells .. I think something like Hold Monster would be more effective than Teleport?

This is probably very similar to someone else's build, but my wife was looking for a Drow Fighter, and I thought I would try and design one that played to their strengths.

She (and me to for that matter) is also big on passive abilities, so no tactician or action boosts.

I've included the favor tome. I've also included maximum stat enhancements. Those can be shaved down by a point depending on what odd or even gear you have.

I have also done the Armor Mastery Enhancement based on a Mithral Breastplate. If all we can come up with is a Mithral chain shirt then that can be tweaked as well.
