I planned this build for maximum self-sufficiency coupled with nuke-power. Comments /flames are eagerly awaited. It's a basic 32 point build. I have not assumed tomes or stat boosts from equipment, altho those will come I am sure.

6 strength and 66 hitpoints!? You'll need to hire a valet to carry your loot and soulstone.

LOL true, true, but with Rogue Evasion and an very boost-able reflex save of 18 I should be able to stay out of trouble. Anybody looking for a job as a valet?

If you seriously want to make a self sufficient halfling wiz/rogue, take the healing dragonmarks, these are truly sick sick sick when coupled with maximize and the multiple dragonmark use enhancements.

Wizard feats
Max
Extend
Heighten

Normal Feats
Weapon finesse
3 dragonmarks
then maybe mental toughness?
