Your Math looks fine, however, you can save Enchancement Points if you take DD II and get Way of the Mechanic. Of course, that depends on what other enchancements you have taken.

I am assuming you have:
Rogue Disable Device II (obvious since you have IV)
Rogue Skill Boost II (obvious since you have IV)

The question is, do you have:
Rogue Search II
Rogue Open Lock II
Rogue Improved Trap Sense I
Rogue Trap Lore (doesn't matter which one) I

If so, drop the levels 3 and 4 of Disable Device and pick up way of the mechanic. This will save you 3 enhancement points, give you a +2 bonus to OL and Search, and still give you the same +4 bonus to DD that you would have going DD IV.

do you add a die roll to your search?

No.

Some people say there is a "Assumed" roll of 10.. Which basicaly is the same as no roll.

What item are you using that gives you a +3 to all skills and stacks with your equipment bonuses?

Your Maxing DEX and INT and leaving everything else alone?

The Only thing Dex is doing for htis build is Open lock...... Incredible Waste of resorces.

What are you going to do the 99% of the time in a quest when your not Disabling a trap or Opening a Lock?

for every +2 it will give me one more rank in a skill so a +6 = +3 to skills


so this line is dex based
Disable Device30+3+15+6=54

i have added the item stat bost seperataly so that it can be removed you can se my brake down at the top

i'm i wrong about how it is going to work?

i'm planing on using a bow

dex effects:
balance
Hide
Move silently
Open lock


dex also adds to your armor class and attack for a ranged weapon

Like Impaqt, I would be worried about the min/maxy-ness of this build. 6str on a halfling means you have to be *REALLY* limited on gear and what you can pick up in a dungeon.

Likewise, with the 8 wisdom - spot is more important than most folks give credit for these days .. you want to try and get that up in the 30ish range, rather than the 18 that you are showing now.

ok i have modifed the build a bit by adding items the firest set of items was all stuff that i had already +6 to chr/dex/int. wis/str i will need to get for this build

as for spot i can just add a +11 item

You should be able to get your dex al the way up to 36 on this build.

20 Base

Thats a +13 Modifier

The hardest lock int he game right now is in the high 50's

Even with Bows your to hit and effectiveness is gonna be Limited...

10BAB

No Bow Enhancements or Feats at all make it something to do.. But certainly wont help the party all that much.

As for Spot, Hes an Item away from 30+

No DOubt this build will be an outstanding Trapsmith. The Problem is, Most groups dont "Need" a Trapsmith. if they bring a rogue, its one that hasmore things to offer the group.

what if i drop:

and take a lvl of ranger?

Personally, I would replace SF: DD with weapon finesse, take two ranger levels, replace SF: OL with iTWF (which you can't take at lvl6 due to your low BAB, so take SF: UMD at 1 and move nimble fingers to lvl6 with iTWF at 9) and replace SF: Search with Improved Critical: Piercing at lvl12.

So, here's the order that I would take your feats in.
1) SF: UMD
2) Ranger: Bow Strength (auto)
2) Ranger: Favored Enemy (undead)
3) Weapon Finesse - without this, you're never going to hit anything with a 6 base str :)
4) Ranger: Two Weapon Fighting (auto)
4) Ranger: Rapid Shot (auto)
6) Nimble Fingers (or SF: Search .. I think your DD and OL are going to be fine for 99% of the content without this .. especially with your high Dex/Int)
9) Improved Two Weapon Fighting
12) Improved Critical: Piercing Weapons

after the next cap increase:
15) Greater Two Weapon Fighting

The drawback to taking 2 ranger levels is that you don't get Crippling Strike until the cap goes up again, but with the great str that mobs seem to have and with how quickly they tend to go down, that's probably not a huge problem.. (imho)
