As a DDO Unlimited VIP you've been a part of the DDO community for a long time - and we want to say thank you. Your dedication to DDO has made the game a success so we want to make sure your experience with the new DDO Unlimited is a success too! That's why we are giving all VIPs free Turbine Points for the DDO Store based on their tenure with the game. That's right - that means the longer you've played the game, the more points you will receive.

Here's how it works. If you're an active DDO subscriber and been playing for less than one year, you will receive 400 Turbine Points. VIPs who have been with DDO between one and two years will receive 900 Points. Finally, those VIP players who have been with DDO more than two years will receive 1,500 Points for showing their loyalty to DDO!

On September 9th we are bringing you a DDO Unlimited that is better than ever. When we set that date, we announced that all subscribers who had hung in there with us would get a reward. So, if you had an active subscription on July 31st, 2009, your account will be credited with an additional 999 Turbine Points for use in the DDO Store. Go ahead and buy potions, extra character slots, or anything else you like, with our thanks.
Beta Just Got Better!
The DDO Unlimited Beta was a great success and we want to thank you for all of your help. Whether you were a VIP or a brand new player in beta, if you participated in the DDO Unlimited Beta you will receive 250 Turbine Points just for playing. If you used the DDO Store during the Beta you will receive an additional 250 Turbine Points. You read that right, you can receive up to 500 Turbine Points for participating in the Beta and using the DDO store!

Additionally, if you purchased any Turbine Points during the Beta, those points will be refunded back to your live account automatically and will be waiting for you when you log in on launch day. If you happened to use a different account name for your Beta than you are using for your live account, no worries - simply contact Turbine Account Support so that they can reconcile your Turbine Points to the correct account.
