How do I use redeem a "free sample" or receive a discount on an item with a coupon code?

Open the DDO Store and locate the item that you want to purchase with the coupon code. You have two options to retrieve your item- "Quick Buy" and "Add To Cart'.

    Use the "Quick Buy" option to be directed to checkout for that single item, then
     - Enter your coupon code in the box and click "Apply Coupon" then "Place Order"
     - Receive the "Thank you for your purchase" confirmation then click "OK"
     - You have received your free or discounted item with a DDO Store coupon code!

    Use the "Add To Cart" option to purchase multiple items in one store visit, then
     - When you are ready to check out, click "My Cart".
     - Enter your coupon code in the box and click "Apply Coupon" then "Place Order".
     - Receive the "Thank you for your purchase" confirmation then click "OK".
     - You have received your free or discounted item with a DDO Store coupon code!

How do I use redeem a "buy one get one free" coupon code?

  1. Open the DDO Store and locate the advertised "buy one get one" item.
  2. Click "Add To Cart".
  3. When you are ready to check out, click "My Cart".
  4. Enter your coupon code in the box and click "Apply Coupon", and the additional item priced at $0.00 will appear in your cart.
  5. Click "Place Order".
  6. Receive the "Thank you for your purchase" confirmation then click "OK".
  7. You have received your purchased items with a DDO Store coupon code!

FAQ:

Why is my coupon code not being accepted?

If you are seeing the error message "The code you entered is not valid", your coupon code may have expired, it may have reached its maximum number of uses, or you may not have met the shopping cart requirements. Additionally, some coupon codes only work on a specific store item, so you'll want to confirm that you are attempting to apply the coupon code towards that store item. You should always double check the coupon code's restrictions if you are having redemption issues.

Items on the checkout page seem to be priced incorrectly after I've entered the coupon code, will I be charged the wrong amount?

Use of coupon codes in the DDO Store may cause the price of an individual item's Total Price to display incorrectly, but the Shopping Cart Total will reflect the correct value to be charged.
