ETA on 250tp release?

just wondering if we could get a ETA on the release date of the 250tp for downtime?

just wondering since its been almost a week since original announcement about it has been made and i have been counting on it to GH for U17 after first time favor farming out every server in anticipation.

any information would be great (besides people re-posting the they will announce when it is released blah blah)

(And apparently no one at turbine will touch this post with a 10 foot Storm Reaver Giant's sword ETA dont have to be accurate grab a calendar and start chucking darts far as i care just some feedback would be nice )
