UPDATE Scheduled Maintenance: Thursday, February 14th

UPDATE: We have cancelled the maintenance originally scheduled for February 13th and have moved it to Thursday, February 14th at 6:00AM Eastern (-5 GMT).

All Turbine Game Servers and http://myaccount.turbine.com will be offline for global maintenance on Wednesday, February 13th. We anticipate the downtime to last 12 hours, and our tentative start time is 4:00 AM Eastern (-5 GMT).

Important: The forums and wikis will remain up during the maintenance, but will be read-only. To receive the latest news and updates, please check our DDO Facebook or @DDOUnlimited Twitter feeds during the maintenance window. As a reminder, you do not need to join or sign in to those social networks to read the updates.

This is not for U17. Unfortunately it's just back end billing maintenance work that impacts all Turbine services. A boring but necessary evil in this age of technology.

So what is planned to compensate the VIP players? Since this is not a Update? Or any thing to improve the game.

Yes sure does give us nothing here maybe it is okay for you. Half way IT department. Been in this field over 10 years much better systems are in the field. never had to shut the whole deal down at the same time. Ever.

Where would you like them to mail your 18 cents? :rolleyes:

EDIT: This is only half kidding, when I did customer service for a cell phone company we would (on customer request) credit them for outages. Of course we wouldn't mention that a credit on most people's rate plans for a day of outage comes out to a dollar or two at best.
