With the current Armor Class System the additional AC that the the White dragonscale armor grants means very little..
I'm suggesting "Dodge 5" which currently doesn't exist in the game making it as desired as the other armors since it'll actually make a tangible difference.
The heavier armors might need a higher Max Dex Bonus though.
That shield bonus really is meh. This isn't a terrible idea but with MDB as they are it's kinda meh as well.

Well, more than anything, adding an exceptional +10 (or higher) max dex bonus on top of the existing one would probably be more helpful than dodge. The dragon plate would cap the dodge so you would be wasting it on anyone hoping for a tank build. I realize some people are hoping for this on monks but THF pallies want some love too :P
The problem with adding Dodge 5 to White is that while that would certainly be handy on the robe and hide, it would be useless on the plate because dodge would cap at 2%.

I think a dragon themed guard (Blue - Lightning Strike guard / White - Frozen Ice Guard / Black - Acid Guard or introduce Greater Acid Guard) for the higest tier would be a nice little flavor plus. Nothing overpowered in any regard because I have low opinion of the value of such guards these days, except maybe for pvp.
Mobility would probably be easier as an added bonus since it increases both max dexterity bonus and gives dodge. It also wouldn't offset power balance to much since it wouldn't stack (like 5% dodge) just provide some more gear options (or feat skipping option). It would also make the white dragon scale unique as the only medium and heavy armor providing Mobility.
However I agree with the previous poster that a Freezing ice guard would probably be the most fitting ability for a white dragon scale armor.
Or Roaring, that would be a pretty fitting ability for all of the epic dragon armors (or set bonuses).

if you have a plate, you don't want dogde usually...

Another possibility is DR, right now the best DR from the pack is EE Ghost Cloak with DR 15/evil. It wouldn't be unreasonable for the white armor that is clearly defense focused to possess DR comparable or perhaps better.

The white armor almost has appeal to rangers, monks and other two weapon fighting builds....
But is just completely inferior compared to the Black or Red Dragonscale that I just cant see anyone opting for the white armor for any tactical advantage... Frivilous asthetics perhaps, but no real practical application.
Its lacking any real draw that would entice players to farm out and craft this armor... it needs some umph factor.
White armor needs a Dodge 5% and/or Omniscience...

Leave it as it is. I will buy the gimp scales for cheaper then.
This would practically turn Flawless White Dragonscale Robes into another Icy Raiment. I like the idea of Mobility as it doesn't overpower the robes like Dodge 5% would.Quote:
