Epic Gianthold quest rewards offer ml 1&2 loot

As the title says. So far tested:
- Prison of Planes - epic normal
- Gianthold Tor - epic elite
- Madstone Crater - epic normal
- Cabal for One - epic normal

I wonder if this is the same bug from when the expansion launched.

I also got this bug on Cabal for One, Epic Normal.
I got the correct reward list for Feast or Famine, Epic Normal.

Flagging quests' reward lists are all bugged to ML. 1 100% of the time.
Walk-ups all offer the correct level rewards list.
